Within the valid warranty period, we provide free technical repair service or brand-new spare part replacement for any components that suffer from original material flaws or factory workmanship defects when the machine is operated in accordance with official operation guidelines and under normal working conditions.

Our professional after-sales team reserves the exclusive right to inspect, verify and judge whether a fault qualifies for valid warranty coverage. The warranty will automatically become null and void if damages are caused by natural wear & tear from long-term use, sudden construction accidents, improper operation negligence, rough abusive usage, incorrect storage or transportation without proper protection, as well as any private unauthorized disassembly, refitting and product modifications carried out without our written technical approval.
